Lets start talking about the machine first, we choose our machine from the highest grade suppliers. And before doing this treatment on our customers, our founder actually went through a proper training and tried the treatment on herself and her family members.
There are two kinds of RF machine in the market. Mono-polar and bi-polar. Few years ago when RF is not a big thing in Malaysia, our founder has already started using the Mono-polar machine. The mono-polar machine requires a lot of skill to perform the treatment. The customer will have to hold a hand piece or sleep on a piece of metal during the treatment. The customer is not allowed to wear any metal goods when performing the treatment as the RF current with go through your body. This machine requires high skilled professional to perform because if it is not done well, it will burn the treated area. When using the mono-polar machine, the customer will face will be very hot and some customer might not take the heat.
The machine that both Elixir Salon and Beauty focus is using is the bi-polar machine. The electrode are inside the machine, thus, customers do not need to hold a specific hand piece during the treatment process. Also, the machine that we are using have a cooled head. This means that when performing the treatment on the customer, the customer will not feel so hot during the treatment but the effect is larger than the mono-polar machine. These changes in the RF machines makes the treatment even more safer than the previous version
Although both mono-polar and bi-polar gives the same result, the latest machine give the customer a more comfortable treatment and a safer experience.
Also, besides the machine to perform the treatment, the product that we use is also vital to get result. All products that we use in Elixir Salon and Beauty Focus are of Clinical Grade. Thus, you have no worries of getting it wrong. Instead, you will get better skin in no time! Our founder have tried lowering the price by using another product range, but because the result is not so good as using clinical grade products, she've decided to stick to this range. Products that we are using are Peter Thomas Roth, MD skincare, and Skyn iceland. These brands are well known in the United States of America, and in USA, a product that is called a clinical grade skincare have to pass strict regulations and testing before it could be called a clinical grade.
Also, all our aesthetician performing the RF treatment are of senior status or by the founder, Ms Mee Wan herself. Because this treatment requires more skill and it is an intensive treatment, our founder insist that the treatment to be performed by only senior staffs who are experience in doing the treatment.
You might wonder, what are senior staffs? How much experience they have? Our salon specialize in IPL,RF, Acne treatment and black diamond facials. Beside the acne treatment, these are all intensive facials. We have done many of these treatments with 0% dissatisfaction by our customer. These senior staffs are ought to have at least 8 years in the field and undergo strict training by the founder herself to be called a senior staff. Because all training are done by the founder herself, our senior staffs are of the highest grade in the industry.
